Enjoy going through our website…we believe you will find the Historical Research completed on each of our miniature horses to be extensive and very informative. We literally have purchased our horses from all over the United States, carefully selecting only those minis with the “best of the best:” Champion and World Famous Blood-lines. And now we are just as carefully analyzing each mini again as we select the proper breeding partner for the new breeding seasons.
Because we have chosen not become a huge breeding farm, our size allows us to have “hands on” with each of the horses on a daily basis. Each has the best of care as we keep them at our home and I have daily help from a skillfully trained Veterinary Assistant. Our Minis are super friendly and loving and therefore very responsive to training because the “trust” factor has been established with each of our horses from the very beginning.
ALL MINIS ARE DOUBLE REGISTERED, AMHR + AMHA and each are kept up to date on their immunizations, worming and hoof trimming.
Karen's Mystic Miniatures has been identified as the FAVORITE of all the field trips taken by the students from Florida Institute of Animal Arts, Veterinary Assistance Program. The Directors/Instructors bring classes out on a regular basis to observe the miniature horses, learn about the medical differences between a miniature horse and their cousin the regular size horse, breeding, grooming and general care. We have also welcomed this same schools students to work directly with the horses, hands-on for their externship hours needed for graduation.
